Quality Assurance

Rossion Inc. uses well-trained, experienced, native speaking and technically adept translators.
All of our translators are hand picked, have a minimum of an undergraduate degree, and are quality checked and are fully certified.
Each project will be allocated to the person with the technical skills, experience and in-depth knowledge to ensure they produce the best result for the client. We believe that if a translator cannot understand the text, they cannot translate it with the necessary accuracy.

Document management
Our Document Management System records the status of the project throughout its life cycle; from acceptance to delivery. Anyone who comes in contact with the project must first sign a Non Disclosure Agreement and all documentation is stored on our secure and dedicated server for 5 years.

The dedicated server we use to store our documentation is located in a high security environment including power management, cooling and network access equipment, biometric sensors, security cameras as well as air conditioning systems, diesel generators and monitoring 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
It is easy to upload and check the status of your documents through our secure client portal.
Project Management Process

Rossion Inc. will have a dedicated Project Manager and team to work with you throughout the translation process. The Project Manager will keep in touch with you to keep you up to date and will watch over every phase of the project.

Rossion Inc. makes sure that your translation gets checked, proofread and edited, back translated, and rechecked.
The sign of a good translation service is the checks put in place to ensure absolute accuracy and a professionally produced final product.

A typical translation would follow 7 stages:


1. On receipt of a document it is crucial that we understand the purpose of the document, how it is going to be used, and who the target audience will be. Rossion Inc. will ask detailed questions at this stage to ensure we fully understand your requirements.
2.Based on this information Rossion Inc. will identify the most suitable translator from our database of over 1000 translators based on native language, profession and expertise in the required field.
3. Taking into account language and cultural nuances that need to be conveyed, the translator will convert the text from the source language into the target language.
Translators will follow guidelines provided by the client and where applicable will apply terminology to be consistent with previous translations as well as localizing the text.
4.Proofreading and editing of the document will be carried out by an equally experienced translator who will provide comments to the original translator.
This process will be repeated until both translators are satisfied.
5. The document is back translated to the original language to ensure it has not lost any meaning or detail. If necessary we can provide this back translation for medical translations for IRB or Helsinki committees.
6. The document is checked once more to ensure it is complete, in the right format and requested layout.
7. The document is submitted to the client. Rossion Inc. will not submit a document to a client until it is absolutely confident of its accuracy.
